I've also spent 20 years in the business world as an administrative assistant. Over the years I have worked with numerous executives. Due to my creative, organized, and highly detail and deadline oriented nature, I was able to take the lead in developing their administrative processes.

We partner with individuals, professionals, executives, small business owners, and anyone else who doesn't have the time for bookkeeping and other tasks.

We charge an hourly rate based on quarter-hour intervals, with a minimum of 1 hour per month. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards, and all payments are due at the conclusion of service (unless otherwise agreed upon).

Our hourly rates cover our services exclusively. Any additional third party products, services, or taxes will be paid directly to those parties. There will be a mileage charge added for travel outside of the Fullerton area.

A 24-hour notice is preferable. There will be an additional fee charged for any services scheduled outside of my normal business hours.
